The Strauss Center at the University of Texas at Austin, in partnership with the National Security Law Program at Columbia Law School, presents the latest installments in an ongoing series of national security law webinars. On July 29 and Aug. 5, Professor Matt Waxman of Columbia will present a series of lectures concerning the Constitution and war powers.
In this lecture, Professor Waxman will examine the drafting of the Constitution's war-related provisions as well as major constitutional war powers debates in the Early Republic.
