2022 LBJ DC Fellow
Eric Bustos received his Master of Public Affairs (DC Concentration) at the LBJ School. He's a graduate in political science from St. Edward's University.
Prior to graduate school, Bustos worked at Capital Metro Transportation Authority as director of intergovernmental affairs, where he led the agency's advocacy efforts at the state, regional and local levels. He also led Capital Metro's stakeholder and elected official engagement efforts for Project Connect, the agency's $7 billion transit expansion program, approved by voters in November 2020.
