2026 LBJ DC Fellow
Bryn Dubin is a candidate for the Master of Public Affairs (DC Concentration) at the LBJ School. She attended the University of Florida, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, a minor in Environmental Policy, and a certificate in Political Communications.
During her undergraduate studies, Dubin interned with Congressman Vern Buchanan (FL-16) in his district and Washington, DC offices, where she assisted with constituent services and research related to health policy and the legislative priorities of the Ways and Means Committee. Her proudest accomplishment was helping to draft an amendment that was included in the National Defense Authorization Act, which called for improved telehealth resources for active-duty servicemen and their families.
While at LBJ, Dubin continues her work as a Policy Analyst focusing on transportation policy analysis and data collection for the Florida Council of 100, an organization of business leaders that convenes, researches, and executes on the state’s biggest challenges.
Dubin is interested in health policy, particularly in improving accessibility and quality of care. Her previous research examined the nexus between health and environmental policy and its impact on Florida coastal economies.
Dubin hopes to find a Policy Apprenticeship in the private sector, working in government affairs or policy analysis.
