Matt Brodeur

2022 LBJ DC Fellow

Matt Brodeur received his Master of Public Affairs (DC Concentration) at the LBJ School. He is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in political science, with certificates in environmental policy and international relations, and minors in history and Spanish.
After graduating, Brodeur worked at the Center for EcoTechnology, an environmental nonprofit, where he produced communications content for state-funded programs. Later, he served as deputy organizing director of the Massachusetts Democratic coordinated campaign, managing the mobilization of in-state volunteers for competitive swing state races in 2020. He serves as president of the Cape & Islands Democratic Council, a local political action committee dedicated to electing Democrats to municipal and state office.
