2025 LBJ DC Fellow
Rendon Reinarz is a candidate for the Master of Global Policy Studies (DC Concentration) at the LBJ School. She received her B.A. in International Relations and Global Studies from The University of Texas at Austin.
Her previous academic experiences include coursework and research on disinformation, democratic backsliding, and US-Russia relations in a post-Cold War context. While at LBJ, Reinarz is taking coursework about post-conflict dynamics and international security.
Before graduate school, Reinarz worked as the International Marketing Specialist at the Texas Department of Agriculture, writing international marketing strategies and executing international events. She is currently a Graduate Student Associate at the Strauss Center for International Security and Diplomacy, assisting in events regarding national security.
Reinarz hopes to continue developing her interests in national security and diplomacy with a Policy Apprenticeship at a federal agency, think tank, or in the intelligence community.
